General Warranty

All rechargeable batteries built by Lteck come with an 18-month Limited Warranty. Any battery that fails to take a charge , maintain 80% of it's initial rated capacity, or stops normal operation within 18 months of the purchase date will be replaced. Every return must be pre-approved by the warranty department. Return Authorization Numbers (RAN) are obtained through the warranty department

Policy

We make every effort to insure complete customer satisfaction. No mystery, everyone knows what a battery should do and just about everyone knows when a battery has been abused. Our goal is to keep our customers coming back and as a result every consideration is given to the customers claim first.

Additional Information
A return authorization number is necessary for several reason. 1. It prevents battery loss. 2. It insure that the customers warranty return will be handled as quickly as possible. 3. It allows us to monitor the performance of our products.
